First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at a common but often overlooked side effect of stem cell transplants in women: chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) in the genital area. Researchers will track 100 women over 2-3 years to learn how often it happens, what symptoms appear, and how treatments work. The goal is to help doctors give better care and improve sexual health after transplant.
