Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TDI01 in 60 adults with moderate or severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a complication after stem cell transplants. Participants have already tried 1 to 5 other treatments without success. The goal is to see if TDI01 can control the disease and reduce symptoms, with safety checks throughout. This is an early-phase trial, so it focuses on finding the right dose and measuring effectiveness.
