Summary
This study looks at 433 women who have chest pain but no major blockages in their heart arteries. Researchers want to see if a special MRI scan can detect small artery problems that standard tests miss. Participants get both a standard angiogram and a cardiac MRI, and are followed for up to 20 years to track their health and costs.
