Summary
This study tested whether a single dose of a long-acting steroid given before wisdom tooth removal can lessen pain, facial swelling, and trouble opening the mouth after surgery. Sixty adults aged 18 to 35 took part. The goal was to see if this simple addition to standard care improves recovery and reduces discomfort.
