Summary
This study looked at whether whole body vibration can improve hand grip strength, muscle activity, and arm function in young women addicted to their smartphones. 66 participants who were heavy smartphone users and not regular exercisers took part. The goal was to see if this simple therapy could help counteract the physical effects of constant phone use.
