Summary
This study looked at whether whole body vibration can improve hand grip strength, muscle activity, and upper limb function in young women who are addicted to their smartphones. A total of 66 participants were included. The approach involved using a vibrating platform to see if it could counteract the effects of heavy phone use on the hands and arms.
