Summary
This study looks at whether standing on a whole-body vibration machine can immediately improve heart function and walking distance in overweight or obese young women. Researchers will measure blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, as well as how far participants can walk in six minutes. The goal is to find a simple, low-effort way to help improve health in this group.
