Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of whole-body vibration can immediately improve blood pressure, heart rate, and walking ability in overweight or obese young women. 26 sedentary women aged 18-25 with a BMI between 25 and 40 will be recruited. The goal is to see if this simple, non-exercise approach can offer quick cardiovascular benefits.
