First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looks at whether whole body vibration training (standing on a vibrating platform) can improve brain activity, bone density, quality of life, and blood markers in people 65 and older who have both weak muscles and excess belly fat. 120 participants will be split into two groups to compare the effects over 6 months. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to help this specific group stay healthier.
