NCT ID NCT07067489
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding whole-body vibration exercises to mineral bath therapy (balneotherapy) can better reduce pain, improve physical function, and enhance sleep quality in people with chronic low back pain. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 with long-lasting back pain will be randomly assigned to either standard exercise or vibration-enhanced exercise after daily baths for three weeks. The goal is to see if the combination offers extra relief compared to exercise alone.
