Vibrating platforms and mineral baths: a new combo for back pain?
NCT ID NCT07067489
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding whole-body vibration exercises to spa therapy (balneotherapy) helps people with chronic low back pain more than standard exercises alone. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 with long-term back pain will participate for three weeks. Researchers will measure pain, movement, daily function, and sleep quality to see if the combination offers extra relief.
