Summary
This study tests whether a supervised, equipment-free high-intensity interval training program can improve heart and muscle fitness in adults who are overweight. Forty participants aged 18 to 55 with a BMI between 25 and 35 will do body-weight exercises in small groups for 10 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, body composition, and blood markers before and after the program.
