Summary

This study looks at whether drinking whey protein and doing simple exercises for two weeks before hip replacement surgery can help people recover better. Researchers will measure inflammation, nutrition, how soon patients can walk, and how long they stay in the hospital. The study includes 60 adults aged 50 to 70 who are scheduled for hip replacement.
