Summary
This study looked at whether drinking whey protein and doing simple exercises for two weeks before hip replacement surgery can help people recover better. Sixty-two adults aged 50 to 70 took part. The goal was to see if these steps could reduce inflammation, improve nutrition, help patients get moving sooner, and shorten hospital stays.
