NCT ID NCT05644782

First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether removing wheat from the diet can reduce skin inflammation and gut discomfort in people with mild-to-moderate psoriasis. Researchers will compare a wheat-free diet to a regular diet in 82 adults over several weeks. Participants will also undergo a wheat challenge to see if symptoms return, helping to understand the link between diet and psoriasis.
