NCT ID NCT07349316
First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teaching undergraduate women who diet about how the body naturally controls weight can change their beliefs about weight control and improve body image, self-esteem, and eating habits. About 150 participants will receive one of three types of education: natural weight control, healthy eating, or both. The goal is to see if this knowledge reduces the urge to diet and promotes a healthier relationship with food and body.
