Summary
This study aims to find the best telehealth weight loss program for adults aged 65-85 who have obesity and at least two other chronic health conditions. Researchers will test different treatment combinations to see which helps participants lose the most weight over 52 weeks. The goal is to improve health, quality of life, and reduce long-term disability and healthcare costs.
