Summary
This study tests different telehealth weight loss programs for adults aged 65-85 who have obesity and at least two chronic health conditions. The goal is to find the best first step and how to help those who don't lose enough weight. Participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment paths over 52 weeks, with weight and quality of life tracked.
