Summary
This study will test if a procedure called endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) is safe and works well for weight loss in Asian adults with obesity. The procedure uses a special stitching tool to make the stomach smaller. About 136 people will take part, and the main goal is to see how much weight they lose after 12 months.
