Summary
This study looked at how a diabetes prevention lifestyle program affects weight, heart health, and stress levels in adults from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. Researchers followed 15 participants for 18 months to see if the program helped them maintain weight loss and improve their cardiovascular health scores.
