Summary
This study follows 60 adults who completed an 18-month weight loss program 3 years ago. Researchers will measure changes in weight, body fat, and muscle, and track physical activity, sleep, and eating patterns using wearable devices and a phone app. The goal is to understand how daily behaviors relate to keeping weight off long-term.
