NCT ID NCT05157698
First seen Jun 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a combination of two drugs (naltrexone and bupropion) or a behavioral weight-loss program can help people who didn't lose enough weight after bariatric surgery. About 84 participants will receive either the drugs, behavioral therapy, both, or a placebo. The goal is to see if these extra treatments can improve weight loss, heart health, and overall well-being.
