First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compares a new once-weekly insulin (GZR4) to a standard daily insulin in 580 adults with type 2 diabetes who already use mealtime insulin. The goal is to see if the weekly shot controls blood sugar just as well, with fewer injections and similar safety. Participants will continue their usual mealtime insulin and may also take other diabetes pills.
