NCT ID NCT07125183
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study is for people aged 65-100 with advanced or metastatic leiomyosarcoma, a rare soft tissue cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers want to see if giving the standard chemotherapy drug doxorubicin at a lower dose every week (instead of a higher dose every few weeks) can control the cancer while being easier on older or frailer patients. The study will track how long the cancer stays stable, quality of life, and side effects.
