First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This small pilot study tested a web-based mind-body program (Web-TIRELESS) in 5 adults with painful, non-injury-related upper-limb conditions who also used substances like alcohol or cannabis at risky levels. Participants completed 4 online video sessions over about a month. The goal was to see if the program was feasible, acceptable, and helpful for building resilience. No treatment was given for the conditions themselves.
