Summary
This study tested a web-based program that teaches cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills to help medical students cope with stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression. 35 participants were randomly assigned to either use the program for 4 weeks or listen to podcasts (control group). Researchers measured well-being over 16 weeks to see if the program improved mental health.
