Summary

This study tested whether a web-based program teaching cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills could reduce stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression in medical students. 35 participants were randomly assigned to either the 4-week interactive program or a podcast-listening control group. Researchers measured well-being over 16 weeks to see if the program helped trainees better handle challenges.
