First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study will see if wearable devices like smartwatches and rings can catch early signs of memory loss and Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will track 150 adults aged 65 and older, comparing data from wearables with brain scans, blood tests, and thinking tests. The goal is to find simple, noninvasive ways to identify people at risk sooner, so they can get help earlier.
