Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of wearable technology and personalized wellness coaching can help medical students build resilience and reduce burnout. First-year medical students will use a smartwatch app that tracks sleep and heart rate, paired with virtual coaching sessions, to learn stress management skills. The goal is to see if this approach improves their stress levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being during their demanding training.
