Summary

This study is testing a program to help first-year medical students build resilience against stress and burnout. Participants will use a wearable device to track their sleep and heart rate, and receive personalized coaching through a smartphone app. The goal is to see if this tech-based approach can improve students' stress levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being before their clinical training begins.
