Smart watches track cancer Patients' health during tough treatments
NCT ID NCT05937659
Summary
This study is testing whether wearable health devices (like smart watches) can be easily used to monitor patients during combined chemotherapy and radiation treatment for cancer. Researchers want to see if collecting daily health data (like heart rate and steps) helps doctors and patients spot physical declines earlier. The study involves 20 patients who will wear devices during treatment and for 4 weeks after, uploading their data at clinic visits.
