Summary
This study checked if a wearable motion sensor (BTS G-sensor) can accurately measure how high people jump. Twenty-nine healthy women aged 18-35 did countermovement jumps while wearing the sensor and using a smartphone app. The goal was to see if the sensor gives results similar to the app, which is already proven reliable.
