Summary
This pilot study tested whether a wearable device could remotely monitor the health of pre-frail elderly people living in a small mountain village. The goal was to see if this approach could help prevent frailty from getting worse and support healthy aging. The study included 30 participants aged 65 and older who were diagnosed as pre-frail.
