Summary
This study will give 40 pregnant women a Garmin Vivosmart 5 activity tracker to see if it's a practical way to measure and encourage physical activity during pregnancy. Researchers will track how often participants wear the device and how satisfied they are with it. The goal is to gather information for future, larger studies on staying active while pregnant.
