Pool therapy vs gym workouts: which eases back pain better?
NCT ID NCT06874881
Summary
This study tested whether water-based or land-based exercises work better for managing chronic low back pain. 32 adults with long-term back pain completed a 12-week supervised exercise program in either water or on land. Researchers measured pain levels, daily function, sleep quality, and fear of movement to see which approach provided more relief.
