Can water workouts beat land exercises for back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT06874881
Summary
This study tested whether supervised exercise in a pool is more effective than exercise on land for managing chronic low back pain. Thirty-two adults with long-term back pain participated in a 12-week program. Researchers measured changes in pain, daily function, sleep quality, and fear of movement to see which approach worked better.
