First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a structured 12-week walking program can improve metabolism, reduce stress, and ease fatigue in women with hypothyroidism. 120 women aged 35-55 who are on stable thyroid medication will either join the walking program or continue their usual routine. The goal is to see if a simple, supervised exercise plan can make a real difference in how they feel day-to-day.
