Summary
This study looks at whether a supervised 12-week walking program can improve metabolism and reduce stress in women with hypothyroidism who still feel tired despite taking thyroid medication. 120 women aged 35-55 will either walk regularly or continue their usual routine. The goal is to see if this simple exercise can boost energy and well-being.
