Summary
This study looked at whether the environment where you exercise matters for health. Fifty overweight women aged 60 and older walked for 10 weeks either in the scenic Yangshuo landscape or in a nursing home setting. Researchers measured changes in body fat, mood, sleep, and strength to see if the natural setting amplified the benefits of the same walking program.
