Summary
This early-stage study tests a new nasal spray called VVN432 in 60 people. First, healthy volunteers will check the spray's safety. Then, patients with chronic sinusitis will test it for safety and early signs of symptom relief. The goal is to see if the spray is safe and how the body processes it.
