Inclusion Criteria: * Male or female, aged 18 years or older. * Prevalent diagnosis of an underlying condition. * At least two years of pre observation period. The same inclusion criteria apply to the matched control group, excluding the initiation of Systemic (cortico)steroids / systemic glucocorticoids (SCS) treatment.
