Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called VT3989, taken as a pill once a day, for people with advanced solid tumors or mesothelioma that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 434 adults will participate, and the drug may be given alone or combined with other therapies.
