NCT ID NCT07219875
Summary
This study is testing whether a new virtual reality training program can help people with depression and low positive mood learn to better enjoy positive experiences. 80 adults will be randomly assigned to either a program focused on savoring positive VR scenes or a control program focused on memory training for 7 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in mood, enjoyment of activities, and brain activity in a small subset of participants.
