Summary

This study is testing whether a new virtual reality training program can help improve mood and reduce symptoms in people with depression and low positive feelings. Researchers will compare two different VR programs over 7 weeks with 80 adult participants. The goal is to see if guided positive VR experiences can help people better enjoy and savor good moments in life.
