Gaming your way out of shoulder pain: VR therapy trial
NCT ID NCT07236229
Summary
This study is testing whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) games for shoulder exercises is more effective than standard physical therapy for people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will compare two groups of patients over six weeks to see if the VR approach better reduces pain, improves shoulder movement, and helps with sleep and thinking skills. The goal is to make rehabilitation more engaging and motivating.
