Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) sessions can help ease anxiety and depression in people aged 12 to 25 who chose not to take medication. Forty participants completed five weekly VR sessions that included relaxation exercises, coping strategies, and education on healthy habits. Researchers measured changes in mood using standard questionnaires and monitored for side effects like dizziness. The goal was to see if VR is a safe and acceptable way to reduce symptoms without drugs.
