Summary

This study looks at whether virtual reality (VR) construction tasks can show changes in performance caused by lack of sleep. Researchers will have 12 healthy adults do VR tasks and monitor their sleep. The goal is to see if VR can tell the difference between being tired and just getting used to the VR system.
