Summary
This study tested whether a short, personalized virtual reality (VR) experience could help general practitioners (GPs) feel better and cope with stress. Twenty-one healthy GPs used a 10-minute VR program that used metaphors to encourage reflection on their values and challenges. The goal was to see if this approach was feasible and could improve psychological flexibility and well-being.
