NCT ID NCT07140705

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether a short, personalized virtual reality (VR) experience could help general practitioners (GPs) feel better and become more flexible in their thinking. Twenty-one healthy GPs took part in a single session where they used a VR headset and then reflected on their personal values. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and could improve well-being, not to treat any disease.
