NCT ID NCT07140705
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested whether a short, personalized virtual reality (VR) experience could help general practitioners feel better and become more flexible in handling stress. Twenty-one healthy doctors used a VR headset for 10 minutes, then reflected on their values and planned actions to improve their daily lives. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, not to prove it works for everyone.
