VR headsets offer new hope for stressed dementia caregivers

Summary
This study tests whether a virtual reality program can help family caregivers of people with dementia better balance their own needs with caregiving duties. Researchers will enroll 60 caregivers who live with and primarily care for a person with dementia. Participants will use a machine learning-enhanced VR tool designed to reduce role strain and improve quality of life.
