VR goggles could ease Pre-Surgery jitters for kidney stone patients

Summary
This study tests whether watching a virtual reality (VR) video before kidney stone surgery can lower anxiety, boost knowledge, and improve self-care. About 90 adults scheduled for surgery will be split into three groups: standard education, standard VR, or a special VR with built-in quizzes. Researchers will measure anxiety, knowledge, and cognitive load before and after the intervention.
